Rights Respecting Schools
In brief, in 1991, Britain signed the UNCRC (The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child). This convention sets out 42 rights that children across the world should have. It is our aim, as a school, that children know about these rights and have these rights met, whilst respecting and valuing them. The rights are known as articles.
The School Council are asking you for your say on which Articles from the United Nations Convention for the Rights of the Child you feel should be put up around the school.
Please read them from the list on this webpage and vote. You can make the articles bigger so they are easier to read!
