Finance & Admin Officer –
Part time, permanent position
We are seeking to recruit a Finance and Administration Officer for our small village school. This is a permanent position and the successful candidate should be able to provide efficient and effective administrative, secretarial, financial and other support to the headteacher, staff and pupils. The role is for 24 hours per week, term time plus inset days and two weeks during the school holidays.

Finance and Admin Officer
This is a very varied position and interruptions are frequent so an ability to prioritise is important. The post is for 24 hours per week, term-time plus INSET days and two weeks during holiday time to be taken as the business needs dictate. Experience with SIMS and FMS is highly desirable, as is experience within a school office. Familiarity with budget planning and safeguarding procedures within a school environment would also be desirable. Salary Range: £21,074 - £23,111 Wiltshire Scales G22 – G25 pro-rata to hours
