Our aim for Ludwell Community Primary School is to make high expectations for all members of our school community fundamental to all that we do.
Our school will be a place where children, staff and the wider school community are happy because the ethos of care and positive relationships makes everyone feel safe and valued.
Our children will experience a rich curriculum with a wide range of enrichment and extra- curricular activities so that they leave our school as confident, well- rounded individuals who are prepared for the next stage of their education.
We want the children to learn in a vibrant and creative environment where all children are challenged and are able to experience the excitement of learning.
We will have strong links with the local community as well as established national and international links.
Diversity will be celebrated and we will be fully inclusive.
Communication between the school and all stakeholders will be clear, timely and transparent so that everyone feels involved in the life of the school.
Ludwell Primary School is a Rights Respecting School, which means that the rights of children are at the heart of our school. Our rights are based on the United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child. All children everywhere are born with these rights, which cannot be taken away. These rights are a ‘promise to all children to respect, protect and fulfil their human rights.’
